                                            Your prayer!

1 Samuel 1:11-15

11 And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.
12 And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the Lord, that Eli marked her mouth.
13 Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.
14 And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.
15 And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the Lord.

Hannah prayed to God that she would conceive and bare a son! She asked for a son specifically! Her heart was despite. She had a desire for what it was she wanted the Lord to do in her life. Hannah prayed her prayer in desperation because she was lacking in an area in her life so bad that her desire to have what she prayed for was so great! Have you ever had something in your life you wanted so bad that you cried out to God in desperation because you needed sometype of change in your life. In an area of your life that needed to be changed? Hannah did!!! The bible says

Matthew 7:7

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Confirmation

1 Samuel 1:17

17 Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.

Have you ever ordered something in the mail. They send you off confirmation that your package is ready and is on it's way to be shipped! Eli confirmed that God was going to answer Hannahs prayer all she had to do was wait for God to answer the prayer! It's good to know that even if it may take some time for your prayer to be answered God will confirm that he is going to deliver what it is that you asked for! It may take sometime but wait on God everything has its right timing! Sometimes there can be a delay do to things that happen in life but still trust and believe that when your prayer is answered it will be well appreciated! Your prayer is on it's way to be delivered!

God did not Forget You!

1 Samuel 1:19

And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the Lord, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the Lord remembered her.

God has not forgot you! The Lord remembered Hannah. He never forgot but sometimes God wants to do other things in our lives before he can answer our prayers! Sometimes because we think God forgot we go on with out lives and just wonder off doing other things because we think God has forgot what he said was going to happen. Ummm God hello !!! Did you hear me and then confirm to me that you were going to answer my prayer yet you haven't. God said he'd heal my family in 2011 it's 2013 and im now seeing my family start to get restored! 2 years! Yet God did not forget!

You Got Answered Prayer!

1 Samuel 1:20

Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the Lord.

Because the Lord Remembered Hannahs prayer it came to pass. God remembers his promises! Hannah never credited her answered prayer to herself she knew that only God could answer this prayer! She knew that he gave her the answer of prayer because she asked and because she asked God the door was opened for her in a place that was once closed! God answered her prayer!
