" Behold He's Praying"

Acts 9:10-11 10 Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and to him the Lord said in a vision, “Ananias.” And he said, “Here I am, Lord.” 11 So the Lord said to him, “Arise and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying.
What can you really say about Saul other than he was out to get anyone who was following Jesus. Yet even Saul who thought he was so big and bad God still had a plan for his life. See alot of time people think they are so much bigger than God. Yet the bible says
Philippians 2:10-11 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
After all the Christians he had persecuted for following Jesus, all the lives that he had taken and gotten away with  it because they where following Jesus. Saul found out on the road to Damascus  at a crossroad in his life that Jesus was Lord. He realized that he was blind when Jesus approached him and allowed him to walk in the same thing he had been walking in while persecuting all the Christians blindness. Sometimes we don't realize when we are in the world that we are blind to the things of God.

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Saul didn't understand the things of Christ because Christ was not in him. Yet when God came to Ananias in a Vision Ananias understood Christ because he was following him. Ananias even answered the Lord and said Lord , " Here am I"  He understood that if Christ is calling me to do something I need to answer. Anytime God calls us to do something we are to answer him. When we answer Gods call then he will instruct   us on what is is that he needs us to do.

Yet the biggest thing that we will see about Saul is as soon as Saul was converted into a Christian he was praying. Jesus told Ananias " Behold He's Praying" Jesus was letting Ananias acknowledge Saul's sudden change. Only to be like LOOK HE IS PRAYING. Basically saying Ananias  "I need you to understand what I am seeing " The same thing happened in the story of the prodigal son he returned home after living a prodigal lifestyle and when he returned the other brother was upset instead of rejoicing for him because he had always been there for the father. Yet what the father was trying to show him is you you have had everything yet im grateful for you but I am grateful for your brother as well because " I need you to see your brother was once dead and now he is alive"

Luke 15:31-32
“And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’

God gets excited over the things in which his children do, when they are returning, or just coming to him he takes notice of their steps of faith in which they take. We all have to start somewhere why not talking to Jesus, Returning back to Him, Coming Home!!!
